He has successfully managed large change management and restructuring projects and acquired or integrated companies. In recent years, he has dealt intensively with the challenges of digitization in the healthcare sector and actively supports healthcare institutions in their digital transformation. He helps domestic and foreign IT companies to enter the market and promotes their growth in Germany. He accompanies start-ups in the development of digital healthcare applications.
