Diagnostic model
KL | DS describes a set of solutions that enable the transformation and innovation competence of companies and managers to be analysed and improved.
The analysis is carried out on the basis of latest scientific findings and with the help of a diagnostic model specifically and exclusively developed for KAUF Leaders & Ventures.
KL | DS compiles scores which are relevant to transformation both statically and dynamically. KL|DS takes emotion as well as reason into consideration and distinguishes between the key levels of operation: management, organisational unit, employees, culture.

Data, Dashboard & Scores
KL | DS applies advanced data & analytics technologies and includes all available data sources, including social media.
Intuitively accessible dashboards and understandable scores measure the results for managers and companies on a variable basis, i.e. at freely selectable intervals throughout the course of the transformation process.
Deviations from the "ideal corridor" can be specifically addressed and corrected. The success of the changes is measurable. Performance is continuously improved.

- KL | KNOW HOW - is a modern application that evaluates managers’ knowledge in specific contexts. Experts from all over the world help us to adapt the content to the individual context.
